Node - truncate JDO interface implementation
Node is a truncate implementation of JDO interfaces, and mainly intended for quick and efficient testing JDO compliant API applications. So the main usage of Node is a programming prototyping where is executing JDO standard. Node uses GigaBASE as underlying storage engine. GigaBASE is an open-source object-relational database management system developed by Konstantin Knizhnik (http://www.ispras.ru/~knizhnik). Node is suitable to develop standalone applications only.
